For more than 30 years, we have provided a comprehensive range of customized and proprietary benefit management solutions to meet the needs of companies both large and small. Our Benefits Administrators are critical members of our team, managing the day-to-day needs of our clients. Utilizing their experience, knowledge of Section 125 rules, and ability to analyze complex situations, they excel in a client-focused fast paced environment.

Major Responsibilities

    • Processing benefit enrollments and changes
    • Collecting and processing time sensitive supporting documentation
    • Auditing reports; researching issues with timely follow-up
    • Verifying eligibility
    • Updating carrier records
    • Creating and generating reports and correspondence
    • Communicating with clients and vendors
    • HR Connection/online enrollment and reports

 

Our Requirements

    • High school diploma; college coursework preferred
    • 2-4 years experience in benefits administration
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
    • An enthusiasm for utilizing technology solutions to achieve work efficiencies
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities
    • Excellent math and communication skills
    • Dependable self-starter who demonstrates initiative to create improvements
    • Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance
